The first episode of Season One heralds Gerard’s song “HAZY SHADE OF WINTER.” Season 4 of The Umbrella Academy will be the last season of the super cool TV series and will commence in 2023.
What Is The Superhero Series About?
The official synopsis for The Umbrella Academy is this:
Set in 1989, a bunch of infants (43 to be precise) is born. All the women are unconnected. None of them were pregnant prior to this day. A billionaire adopts 7 of the babies, that are unwanted by their mothers. They are taken to the Umbrella Academy and taught to save the world.
Who Is Gerard Way?
If you are trying to think about who Gerard Way is, let me inform you that Way is the singer of My Chemical Romance. He apparently has always held dreams of being a comic book author. While he was bringing us albums like The Black Parade (2006), he was off to the side working with Brazilian artist Gabriel Bá to nut out The Umbrella Academy. The comic premiered in 2007.
One can only guess the amount of drooling hordes of fans about to embark on a quest to find these books in the coming weeks after they wake up from fainting when they lay eyes on The Umbrella Academy trailer, which looks effing fantastic.
