If you don’t like watching trailers, let me tell you more about the Terrifier 3 trailer. The scene is set on the fifth anniversary of having survived being hunted by Art. A voice-over confirms it and then Sarah tells the reprised role of Sienna (Lauren LaVera) that everyone wants to know more. What was it like being so close to the killer?
Then of course the Terrfier 3 trailer warps into what we all know and love about these types of films, Art is seen making his way in a Santa suit. Not alone in the dark through some ding alleyway, but right into a swarm of eager children waiting to sit on Santa’s knee to tell him what they want for Christmas. There are definitely some plausibility issues consistent with this franchise by writer-director David Leone.
Fortunately, the vast majority of the slasher variety-style productions have this typical genre stamp. However, the original and arguably the best of the movies so far, gained its reputation for its atmospheric approach and remote location setting. For me, even a slightly looking dirty Santa would get the side eye from my children.

And no, from the depths of my soul, that is not what any of the previous movies have encapsulated. Art gets irritated with you and you will probably be hunted down for eternity. Like Darth Vader to Luke Skywalker or more appropriately Michael Myers to Laurie Strode.
The Terrifier 3 trailer then flashes to several sources of pesky clown behavior as Art wields a chainsaw and an ax with delighted bloody glee. I believe he will also make a snow angel out of blood if the micro-second of footage is anything to go by.
